Shopping
Itīs easy to shop online with IpanaJamit! Once you find the desired product, choose the color and size using the pull-down menus, and select the desired quantity. From those menus you can see directly if any size or color is sold out. Add your selection to your shopping cart.
When you are satisfied with your order, click checkout and select the payment method, delivery method, and the desired delivery option.
Before your order confirmation, you will see the full details of your order: when and where the products are delivered, the delivery option and costs, and the payment method. Thank you for your order!
Payment method
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. You will need to indicate on the payment page your card number, its expiry dates, etc... Ipanajamit will not hold your credit card details on the website.
Prices
Product prices are quoted in Euros (EUR), and they include 22% VAT. IpanaJamit Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice; price changes will not affect orders in progress already approved by IpanaJamit Ltd. Delivery costs are added to the product prices on all orders.
Delivery in Finland

Delivery within Europe
We send the products within three (3) business days from when we receive your order.
If you chose the parcel the shipments are delivered direct to the recipient in the countries and areas listed at www.itella.fi This service characteristic does not apply to private recipients in all countries; these derogating countries are listed at www.itella.fi. The items shall be handed over against a signed receipt to a person present in the address. In other countries, the shipments are taken to a service point of the delivery operator to be fetched by the recipient. sending items to the EU area. Information on any appended documents necessary and the related regulations can be checked at the web site www.itella.fi or at the Customer Service of Itella.
Should you have chosen a letter as the shipment method it will be delivered to you according to rules of your local post office.
Check the country-specific restrictions and regulations on sending dangerous goods and on the transport of other forbidden shipments at www.itella.fi or at the Customer Service of Itella.
Shipping costs:
- Consignment as letter 10 (Sent as a letter without insurance. IpanaJamit does not accept responsibility for the consignment once it has been sent)
- Consignment as parcel: 20 (Sent as a parcel with insurance. House of Kids accepts full responsibility for the consignment reaching its destination.
Selling through the mail to subscribe to an individual must be of legal age.
Returns
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with the products you purchase from IpanaJamit. You have the option to return your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. The returned products must be unused. The product, its packaging and labels must be in the same condition as purchased. We ask you to contact IpanaJamit Ltdīs customer service (+358 40 - 4814200 or myynti@ipanajamit.com) before returning the products. Returns can not be made using pre-paid postage.
IpanaJamit shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products to you only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to IpanaJamit as in the case where the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered. Should that not be the case IpanaJamit Ltd shall refund the sums paid for the retured products and the shipping cost to you, net of any shipping cost due to the return of the purchased products.
IpanaJamit Ltd shall refund sums already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which IpanaJamit became aware of your decision to exercise your return right. We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sums, after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with.
