Transactions between IpanaJamit Ltd and its personal customers via the Internet are subject to the following general rules: 1.IpanaJamit is intended for individual consumers who purchase products for personal use, and the General Rules described here apply to commercial transactions between IpanaJamit Ltd and such customers. The customer must be of legal purchasing age. For the purchase to be completed the customer must at the time of ordering provide their name, address of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, and order delivery address.

2.Products are ordered over the Internet from www.ipanajamit.com. Binding contracts shall be deemed to have been established only after IpanaJamit Ltd has confirmed your order. If you have not received an order confirmation email 3 working days after the conclusion of your order, please contact our customer service through email at myynti@ipanajamit.com, or by calling the number +358 40 481 4200.

3.The price of the ordered product is the price visible on our web pages at the time of ordering. The price is presented in Euro (EUR). Product prices are quoted in Euros (EUR), and they include 22% VAT. IpanaJamit Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice; price changes will not affect orders in progress already approved by IpanaJamit Ltd. Delivery costs are added to the product prices on all orders.

4.An order confirmation will be sent to you immediately after your order is approved.

5.Normal delivery time is 3-10 days from the date when the order confirmation is sent. Should there be delays we will try to contact you and you will have the option of canceling the order.

7.Shipping costs:
- Consignment as letter 10€ (Sent as a letter without insurance. IpanaJamit Ltd does not accept responsibility for the consignment once it has been sent)
- Consignment as parcel: 20€ (Sent as a parcel with insurance. IpanaJamit Ltd accepts full responsibility for the consignment reaching its destination.

8.Orders can be paid by credit or debit card.

9.We will ship the products no later than three (3) working days after the order. If for some reason the delivery is delayed beyond this time, we shall report it immediately to you through the e-mail address or phone number you provided with your order. You shall then have the right to cancel the order in accordance with paragraph

10.If you have already paid, we will refund the payment to you.

11.We want you to be completely satisfied with IpanaJamit products and service. You have the option of returning your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. The returned products shall be unused and in the same condition as when purchased. This also applies to the product packaging and labels. We ask that you contact IpanaJamit Ltd´s customer service (+358 40 - 4814200 or myynti@ipanajamit.com) before returning the products.

12.Product-related complaints must reach IpanaJamit Ltd within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Complaints must be made either by e-mail to the address myynti@ipanajamit.com or by calling the telephone number +358 40-481 4200 Defective products can be returned as described in paragraph 9, in accordance with Finnish legal requirements.

13.IpanaJamit Ltd is not responsible for any costs or damages from causes outside of its control such as, but not limited to, war, natural disasters, export or import ban, a decision of the local legal authorities, public transport or energy supply disruption, industrial disputes or other cases of force majeure.

13.IpanaJamit Ltd retains the right to modify these Terms at all times and without prior notice.
